Clover：2012年1月24日大年初二晚上到达只剩一个标间了淋浴喷头不好用空调不给力冻得一宿没睡着。1月27日晚上因为没赶上去吉首的火车又住了一次大床房这间比上次那间好n倍装修床品都比较新洗澡水非常好空调也很足超值！！真的是在人大院内很安静！
阴天：酒店所在还好，但是大冬天的空调不制热，洗手间也不通热水，游玩了一天想洗把脸都不行。实在是太对不起消费者了。
税税平安：服务还可以，酒店与市人大办公楼在一个大院里，人、财、物各方面安全都有保障，离市中心也不远，特别适合有车一族入住！
哈哈主任：该酒店位于人大院内，环境幽静，虽不在市中心，但公交很便利。酒店房间宽敞整洁舒适，装修较新，设施齐全，性价比较高。酒店服务很好，前台的接待人员很热情，头一天从凤凰回来入住，卫生间排风扇坏了，客房主管立即安排值班人员维修并一直等到换好一个新的排风扇后，才离开。该客房主管对工作，对客人认真负责的态度以及解决问题的高效率，我们很是赞赏也想通过点评提出表扬。感觉不太方便的是每天早晨9点以后热水就停了，虽然通知前台后也能很快提供热水，但每天都要这样，也是令人有点不胜其烦。我想解决这个问题，对于酒店来说应该不是困难。综合评价，我们对该酒店还是满意的，也向朋友们推荐。另外要说的是，我们是第一次通过艺龙网预订酒店，接听电话的小姐很有耐心，解答问题细致周到，同时积极帮助我们解决困难，不断提示反馈酒店预订的有关情况，我们感觉很是温馨和满意，对她们的工作表示感谢。
